For the women who values her health

 

For the woman who does a lot of things “right,” and still feel stuck in a body that doesn’t quite make sense.

This site will be home to my writing on fat loss, habits, and building a body that actually reflects your effort, without spiraling, burning out, or starting over every Monday.

My story:

 

I’ve always valued health.


I walked. I did yoga. I read food labels and bought organic when I could.

And still, after two kids and 35 years of chasing “wellness”, I found myself at 225 lbs.

I told myself, This is just what my healthy body looks like.  But quietly, I wondered why my body didn’t reflect the effort I was putting in.

I knew a healthier body composition had to be possible. There was just something I wasn’t fully understanding yet.

 

So I stopped trying to “wellness” my way into weight loss and started problem solving. I simplified. I got strategic. I got curious.

That curiosity led to more than 60 pounds of weight loss.

More than that, I found alignment. My body finally reflects my values of health, wellbeing, and self-care.  My body used to feel like a mystery with it's own agenda.  But now, I have learned what levers to pull to get the results I want. 

 

My body makes sense to me now.

Now, I help other women do the same:

  • Lose weight without losing their minds.

  • Build strength without burnout.

  • And finally feel like their body reflects the effort they’re already putting in.
